Our inspector is certified by A Better School of Building Inspection and follows National Association of Home Inspectors ( NAHI)’s strict code of ethics that prohibits him from engaging in any conflict of interest activities that might compromise his objectivity. This is your assurance that the inspector will not, for example, use the inspection to solicit repair work for himself or any particular contractor. Nor will he benefit from any real estate activity on property he has inspected. The inspection and report are performed and prepared for the sole and exclusive use and possession of the client. How long does an inspection take?
Normally it takes about 2 to 3 hours to do a complete and thorough inspection. It may take longer, depending on the situation and size of the home. If you have any items that are of special importance to you, please let your inspector know. He can spend a little extra time to address them and go over them with you, as well as all of his findings. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.
